Christmas tree decorations, c. 1929/30
23 pieces. H. 4-12 cm. Wood, mostly worked in geometric shapes, partly turned, threaded on cotton yarn, painted in different colours.
The shapes are reminiscent of the costumes designed by Oskar Schlemmer for the Triadic Ballet.

Provenance: The Christmas ornaments have been in the consignor's family since 1936 at the latest, as evidenced by a contemporary photo.
