Diamonds in focus at the jewelry auction on December 7, 2023

High-carat and elegant Art Nouveau and Art Deco jewelry were the favourites at the jewelry auction on December 7.

The impressive Boucheron ring with its brilliant-cut diamond solitaire weighing over 4 carats went to a new owner for €18,000. An adorable ring with an emerald-cut diamond and pavé setting fetched €12,000. The filigree 'Plique-à-jour' brooch 'Femme libellule' by Lluís Masriera was worth €9,000 to an Art Nouveau collector. The three-row malachite necklace with an elaborate clasp from Cartier went to the USA for €5,600.

Elegant earrings and delicate bracelets were in particularly high demand and are sure to make eyes sparkle under the Christmas tree. A timeless diamond bracelet was auctioned up to €5,500. Dazzling earrings with drop-shaped aquamarines changed hands for €1,300.
