'S chair 275'
Verner Panton. Pre-series 'S chair 275', c1956. H. 86 x 42 x 53 cm. Made by August Sommer, Plüderhausen, for Thonet, Frankenberg, from 1965 onward. Plywood, clear lacquer.
In contrast to the serial production, the chair on offer has no deep recess in the upper part of the backrest. Furthermore, it is less bent.
