Cone-shaped body on a cone-shaped basis with a flaring top rim. H. 30 cm. Cased glass, clear, pink and violet; fine inclusions of air bubbles (patinage), 2 large etched autumn crocus blossoms with bubbles and metal oxides in the intermediate layer (Intercalaire). Etched motif with 6 women in a tree-lined meadow picking autumn crocuses, probably based on a design by Victor Prouvé. Signed on the base: Gallé (engraved).
