Pencil and colored crayon on Elco paper (watermarked). 29.5 x 20.8 cm (sheet), 45.0 x 35.0 cm (frame). Titled lower left: i ist Freude (pencil), verso on the back of the frame a dedication to Dr. Eberhard Roters: Aus Freude und mit Dank für den Bau des Turmes 30. April 1971 Anneliese Itten (pencil). Framed under glass in a passe-partout.

Not de-framed. The work was included in the Itten Archive in Bern in 2006 under catalogue raisonné number 5193.
