2 Sponti Dwarves in plastic, blue and yellow, each mounted on an aluminum base; 2 Welcome Dwarves in plastic, black and white; 1 Nuremberg Christ Child in plastic, gold. H. 33.0 or 36.5 or 31.5 cm. Spontis numbered on the bottom of the base: 92/100 and 151/200, each signed: O. Hörl and dated: (19)96; Welcome Dwarves from an edition of 4,000 dwarves; Nuremberg Christ Child signed on the bottom: O. Hörl, dated: (20)07, and inscribed: EA (for Epreuve d'Artiste). The Spontis were created in 1996 for a wall installation, the Welcome Dwarves in 1998 as a large sculpture with 4000 garden Dwarves on Munich's Max-Joseph-Platz on the occasion of the International Opera Festival and the Nuremberg Christkind in an edition of 250 signed copies, realized to finance the lighting of the Nuremberg Christmas market.
