Miniature pot 'La Colombe et la Fourmi', 1898
H. 3.3 cm. Overlaid glass, opal white and colorless, decor in black solder, motif with a dove saving an ant from drowning, from a fable by La Fontaine; back and on the lid polychrome enamelled flowers, heightened with gold. Bottom signed: Daum, cross of Lorraine, Nancy (gold signature).
