Kisho Kurokawa is considered as one of Japan's most influential contemporary architects, the world-renowned Nagakin Capsule Tower, one of Japan's most important architectural monuments, as his most important early work; the new wing of the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam as his most important late work.
