Ring with rutile quartz weighs 7.14 grams. Ring size 53.5.

This is the variant of the "ball ring" with a narrower band, as can also be found in the Museum of Applied Arts in Cologne. The design with a wider band was awarded the Bavarian State Prize in 1959. Cf. Hildegard Becker, Friedrich Becker. Schmuck.Kinetik.Objekt, Stuttgart 1997, p. 46 f.
