585 yellow gold, silver (tested), 4 old rose-cut diamonds and 1 round faceted Dutch-cut diamond (total approx. 0.65 ct., calculated weight), tinted white (KL), SI to P1, 1 antique-cut ruby (approx. 1.40 ct., calculated weight), 5 old step-cut emeralds (total approx. 0.75 ct., calculated weight).
