Lacquer screen 'Coromandel'
Six-partite. H. 183 x 243 x 2 cm. Wood, black lacquer. One side depicts a landscape with houses and inscribed characters inlaid with mother-of-pearl, the other side depicts birds in a tree in polychrome painting with gold. Brass shoes.
Dry cracks and superficial abrasions, losses in the mother of pearl inlays.
