Biography

Martine Bedin, born in Bordeaux in 1957, began studying architecture at the Ecole d'Architecture UP6 in Paris in 1974 and moved to Florence in 1978 after receiving a scholarship. In 1978 she began working with Superstudio. 1980-1988 she is a (founding) member of the Memphis group. In 1980/81 she worked as a freelance correspondent for 'Architecture Intérieur Crée' and founded her own studio in 1982. From 1983 she had a teaching position at the Ecole Camondo, Paris.
