'Jeweled Blossom' table light, c. 1907
Mushroom shape. H. 55 cm, Ø 40.2 cm. Leaded opal glass with some white cabochons, mainly in green and opal white tones. Ribbons with stylized flowers. Lead copper plated and brownish patina. Bronze base, brown and green patinated. Inscribed on the inner edge of the shade: TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 1595, underside of the foot TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 444, signet TS (punched).
Five replaced plates and slight damage to the glass.
