Four-legged construction; two inset compartments with supports in the form of stems with three-dimensionally carved poppy seed capsules, lower end as a box with folding doors; balustrated top shelf. H. 138 cm, 60 x 41 cm. Oak frames and mahogany boards with inlays in various woods, depicting branches with poppy flowers and capsules, partly in front of a cloudy night sky with stars. Inlaid signed: Gallé à Nancy. Original brass key.
