Information for consignors

The house of Quittenbaum has been in the art trade for two generations and is acting with great success in the auction business for twenty years. Next to our specialization in the Art Nouveau and Art Deco eras, Design and Murano Glass, we broadened our expertise in the field of Modern and Contemporary Art; thus even heterogenous collections can be very well taken care of.

Works of art are not considered normal merchandise in the conventional sense. Behind most items intriguing collectors' stories can be found. Many a painting, a piece of furniture or an item made by a craftsman not only possess a financial value or promise a high rate of return but are also of sentimental value or reminisce of a personal story. Your treasures will be in good hands with us.
