'Vigne et Escargots' vase, 1904

H. 28.3 cm. Made by Daum Frères, Nancy. Overlaid glass, colorless with orange and reddish powder inclusions as well as polychrome enamel fusions in red, blue, green and gray. Decor etched in several steps, motif with autumnal vine tendrils, some of the grape berries applied and cut, two plastic snails also reworked with the wheel. Signed: DAUM NANCY, cross of Lorraine (raised).
