Both prototype chairs have their origins in scrap and offcuts from different kinds of material found in Dinie Besem's studio. They were assembled following a grid of 11, 22, 33, 44 und 77 cm. One of the '11 22 33 44 77' chairs has already been added to the permanent collection of Boymans Van Beuningen Museum in Rotterdam.
